📦 Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of successful delivery.

🧾 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

The item must be returned in original packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

The return or exchange request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear, socks, masks

Personal care and hygiene products

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Choose the appropriate reason

Once approved, our team will arrange return pickup or provide further instructions
💰 Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

If the return request is made after 5 days, the ₹99 return fee will be deducted from the refund
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo or video evidence
In such cases:

The return is 100% free of charge

A full refund or replacement will be provided, based on availability
🛡 Fraud & Abuse Protection

All returned items undergo quality verification

If a product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or swapped, the return will be rejected

No refund will be issued for rejected returns
