GlowWallet points are promotional rewards/points provided through eligible activities on Glomexia.
Points are not:
Cash
Bank deposits
Cryptocurrency
Securities
A guaranteed monetary balance
Unless Glomexia specifically states otherwise, points cannot be treated as cash or transferred outside the applicable Glomexia reward system. Affiliate Rewards
Eligible affiliate activities may result in points being credited to GlowWallet according to Glomexia's reward rules.
Repeated, duplicate, invalid or suspicious activities may not qualify for additional points.Referral Rewards
Eligible referrals may receive rewards according to the applicable referral program rules.
Fraudulent registrations, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automated activity or attempts to manipulate the referral system may result in rewards being cancelled or adjusted.Wallet Transaction History
GlowWallet may maintain a transaction history showing points earned, adjusted or otherwise recorded.
The displayed balance and transaction history are intended to reflect the wallet activity recorded by Glomexia's system. Reward Corrections
Glomexia may correct, reverse or adjust points when an activity is determined to be duplicate, fraudulent, technically invalid or incorrectly credited. Changes to Rewards
Glomexia may modify reward amounts, eligibility requirements or individual reward programs when reasonably necessary.
Any applicable changes may be reflected in the GlowWallet or relevant reward information.Prohibited Use
Users must not attempt to:
Manipulate GlowWallet
Generate fraudulent activity
Create duplicate accounts to obtain rewards
Exploit technical bugs
Use bots or automated systems to generate rewards
Gain unauthorized access to another user's walletSuspension
Glomexia may restrict or suspend GlowWallet access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized access or violation of these Terms. Service Availability
GlowWallet depends on technical systems and services. Temporary interruptions, delays or errors may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond Glomexia's reasonable control.Acceptance

* Voice Search: Glomexia allows users to search for products using voice input. If no specific marketplace is mentioned in the user's voice search, Glomexia may display relevant products available on Glomexia. If the user explicitly mentions a marketplace, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, or another supported marketplace, Glomexia may direct the user to the relevant marketplace or its applicable search/product destination, subject to that marketplace's available affiliate and linking functionality.
Visual Search: Glomexia may provide visual/product search functionality through supported third-party services. When a user chooses to use visual search, the applicable third-party service may handle the camera, image processing, and search functionality according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Marketplace Redirection: Glomexia may redirect users to third-party marketplaces when the user specifically requests a particular marketplace. Products, prices, availability, shipping, returns, and other services on those marketplaces are governed by the respective marketplace's terms and policies.
